1). The splitter does not appear to be functioning.
Check if the LED lights, the power supply and cables is well connected and in
good condition. Make sure the length of the cables is within the MAX supported
length of this splitter. Lastly, please try to connect the input device to the
display directly by cables less than 3 meters to see if it display normally.
2). If the MAX. resolutions of the two displays are not the
same, what resolution will be output?
The splitter will output at the lower resolution.
